Express delivery

For urgent orders, we offer the option of express delivery under "Delivery type" during the ordering process. You can find more information and the costs in the table above.

Maximum delivery time

Please note that the maximum delivery time for your order is three months from material availability. If you need the goods later, please ask for an individual frame offer.

Insurance

Please note that your order via UPS is only insured up to a value of 510€ gross. Should you require additional insurance, a flat rate of 1.00% of the net order value will be charged.

The shipping costs depend on the place of delivery, weight and delivery time.

No pick-up of goods possible

Please note that it is not possible to collect your order personally.

Tracking

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking number, which you can use to track the current status of your shipment. Should you subsequently wish to specify a drop-off location or change the delivery address, this option is available to you on the UPS homepage by entering the tracking number.

Please note that UPS will also notify you in the event of a failed delivery and you can also view more details about this process on their homepage. Please also check your spam receipt to avoid a return and associated shipping and handling charges.

Reshipment due to incorrect delivery address

Please make sure that the shipping address is unique and that your order is not undeliverable due to missing or incorrect information.
If a new shipment has to be made due to an incorrect delivery address, we will charge a flat rate of 20 euros for the change of documents + renewed shipping costs.
